VFX Shot

I've finished doing up on VFX shot and here's the final one. I'll try to see if I can improve further on it. Basically I followed the previous tutorial I've found and use the resources given to me to do the effect shot. It's quite manageable if I follow closely to the tutorials.

Further improvement on effects shot

So after having Mr Jame's comment and suggestion on my effects shot yesterday, I went to find for more tutorials to improve on my current effect. So now, instead of making Swagger Man seems like exploding into particles, I've found another tutorials whereby Swagger Man would seems to be teleporting away.

 

I find this tutorial very helpful for me as it really guides me through how to do the effect shot. This tutorial also got provide the reference footage for public to use which really helps me a lot when editing my shot. I'll upload the effect shot soon.

Editing on effect shot

So I'll be doing this effect shot whereby after Swagger Man passed the ideal set of shirt and short to Boy 1 to change, he will disappear in a dust effect. I've found a tutorial to guide me through this effect shot. 

I tried out using this tutorial guide and it appears to be quite success one. I've also tried doing tracking frame by frame for the effect shot as in the video, Swagger Man did move a bit so the masking have to be adjusted too. I have to be careful of the Swagger Man's shadow as it is supposed to disappear together with him too so I've adjusted the opacity of the frame. I'll try to upload the effect shot soon.

Editing VFX Shots

So due to some reasons our group didn't get to meet up on this Thursday and Friday. We're working on some of the effects shots with the tutorials. We tried to get the image stable on the phone effects when moving and found some tutorials to guide us too.

So more of the details will come out soon also. That's about it.
